Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in your reservation price. This covers up to $2000 for unintentional damage caused during your stay, but excludes intentional acts, negligence, or damages incurred by pets. This coverage is not available for bookings longer than 28 days or those that require a security deposit.

This property maintains a strict no smoking policy. Violation of this rule could result in forfeiture of your security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As committed neighbors, we enforce occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 PM - 8 AM) diligently. No sound systems are provided, and violations may incur fines up to $10,000. Events or parties are prohibited without prior approval and may be subject to fees.

Please note that third-party vendors assist with property maintenance. While they adhere to CDC guidelines and wear PPE, we recommend denying access to anyone who does not comply.

IDs will be verified after booking, and all stays over 30 days require a security deposit. We take credit card fraud seriously and will report all incidents.
